All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.

- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

The Suzu House is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the re-shipment costs.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
The Suzu House is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
